Ensure the best colour and trim solutions for custom made hyper-cars through

  • Best knowledge of both Rimac and Bugatti Brand values
  • Ability to visually express and communicate his/hers ideas (sketching, visuals, 3d modelling, mock-ups)
  • Colour, Material, Finish expertise and strong knowledge of production/industrial processes
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking – combining creative and strategical thinking, eye for details
  • Interpersonal skills and hands-on approach – communication and creation of ideas in an engaging and pulpable way
  • Organisational skills -  time management and proactive attitude. Delivering under time constraints. Efficiency & ability to switch between administrative and creative tasks with ease
  • Strong interest and understanding of market, culture and trends and linking with other industries (fashion, technology, entertainment…)

Regular tasks

  • Develop CMF strategy and its palettes

  • Define the visual appearances and finishes of hyper cars and their variants

  • Illustrate and visualize CMF proposals, individualisations

  • New colour & trim development – explore finishes, materials, paint hues etc.

  • Set visual standards & create CMF inputs for relevant styling & engineering components for all products

  • Constantly check and ensure inputs are implemented within internal teams

  • Create inputs & feedback for various external suppliers and engage in constant communication & feedback loops 

  • Initiate checks for samples and produced parts for each development phase

  • Document & share feedback with relevant teams (internal/external)

  • Invite and prepare meetings to communicate information clearly and collect feedback

Occasional tasks

  • Trend research & market benchmarking for colour & trim strategy inspiration

  • Colour & trim ideation & visualisation for various projects & topics for new request

  • Set & clearly communicate perceived quality criteria

  • Material, samples & parts order, coordinate with purchasing & suppliers

  • Organize Internal work flow, inventory

  • Provide support with CMF documentation for marketing activities – website, games etc.

  • Lead configuration tools development (support Sales, communicate with supplier)

  • Tests solutions & ideas through hands on creation of mock-ups


  • Initiative and accountability for decision making on CMF subjects

  • Clearly defined CMF brochure with all CMF inputs, according to brand and sales requirements

  • Assure clear information exchange with visualisations, presentations, other physical & digital support materials towards CMF presentations for various purposes

  • Assess, funnel and satisfy requests from Sales and market side

  • Adapt and filter inputs to ensure correct information, level of detail, in the right format is transferred to relevant divisions outside the mainstream definitions (Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Planning, Production, Purchasing…)

  • Support other divisions & departments to improve intra as well as inter-division workflow to enhance organisational efficiency

  • Achieve desired results with suppliers (and responsible division, owning the part) according to inputs/documentation

  • Prepare job profile and conduct interviews for potential CMF hires



  • Bachelors degree or higher in Industrial design/Transportation Design/Textile Design/Colour and Material design fields
  • 5 - 10 years of experience within the Automotive Design Industry 
  • Required software and design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Autodesk Alias, VRED, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Keyshot, Dassualt systems 3D Experience
  • Full professional proficiency in English, Croatian/other language is a plus
