Assigned Activities:

He/ She is responsible for:

 

  1. Achieving/ Exceeding markets sales objectives by:
  • Driving partners to achieve budgeted sales volumes and business mix targets
  • Manage customer requests directly and actively steer customer journey within product lifecycle
  • Reporting and analysis of prospect-, deposit-, contract- and delivery management with respective partner
  • Implementation and coordination of central sales processes within regions
  • Ensuring understanding and implementation follow up of sales and marketing policies, standards and processes at dealer level
  • Evaluating level of stock at dealers and pipeline orders in order to avoid breakdowns in supply vs. demand, resolves supply/demand issues with vehicle distribution in assigned markets
  • Monitors dealers compliance with vehicles allocation process
  • Management of pre-owned car market;

 

  1. Evaluates and develops dealers network by:
  • Evaluating dealers potential in accordance with local market performance
  • Visiting and selecting, together with Area Manager After Sales, potential new dealers
  • Interacting with “Brand Managers” at dealers in order to advice on how to improve performances
  • Identifying sales problems and developing action plans at dealers level

 

  1. Regional reporting and analysis
  • Ensures proper sales reporting and analysis subject to compliance conformity, e.g. Sales Activity Reports, Sales Call and Dealer Visit Reporting, Dealer Audit Reports, etc.
  • Ensures data accuracy in Salesforce CRM in order to ensure effective reporting on regional level
  • Drives partners to achieve overall effectiveness of CRM processes (i.e.: lead generation and follow-up, sales funnel analysis, customer retention, etc.)
  • Responsible for verifying the dealer margin process by evaluating the achievement of variable performance parameters set forth in the yearly KPI document per RIMAC partner (e.g. requesting and documenting proofs, prepare reviews, etc.) in coordination with the Head of Sales and the Head of Dealer Network Development.
  • Monitoring, preparation and conduct of central and regional dealer trainings

 

1.Responsibilities

Specific job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Gives their utmost to achieve pre-defined KPIs and sales objectives on a monthly and annual basis.
  • Monitors the performance of Partners network.
  • Creates, prepares, and administers different sales tasks and documentation.
  • Responsible for different paperwork collection, preparation and creation related to vehicle sales
  • Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with different regulations that affect vehicle sales, homologation, or importation.
  • Presents the vehicle to customers and prospects.
  • Configures the vehicle with customers.
  • Gives company presentation and factory tours to Partners network and customers, or prospects.
  • Establishes and maintains relationship with customers.
  • Actively searches and approaches new prospects.
  • Ensures correct usage and full follow up of CRM system and prospects data management
  • Supports Partners network to close deals.
  • Ensures proper data collection and management of Partners network, customers, and prospects.
  • Maintains vehicle inventory, paperwork, contracts, and various data.
  • Audits Partners network.
  • Monitors and manages customers feedback, sales results, and Partners network sales history.
  • Conducts market research and market analysis.
  • Gains a comprehensive knowledge of products and competitors.
  • Keeps abreast of new automotive regulations and news on a regular basis.
  • Creates and provides sales training to Partners network.
  • Communicates and visits Partners network on a regular or defined basis
  • Ensures that Partners network are informed of all new and current sales and marketing information and documentation.
  • Attends different sales and marketing events.
  • Communicates and maintains relationships with different suppliers and partners.
  • Supports and understands delivery procedures and ensures that delivery includes all pre-defined items that are shipped with a vehicle.
  • Assists in the development of advertising campaigns and other promotions.
  • Assists in the development of different sales and marketing activities.
  • Handles customer complaints immediately and according to defined guidelines.
  • Maintains a professional appearance.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

2. Requirements

  • University Degree in Business, Management, Economy, Marketing, or similar subjects
  • 5+ years of experience in similar Sales or Marketing roles
  • Innovative and creative approach to problem solving
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of the hypercar segment
  • Working to relevant standards and regulations
  • Experienced in presenting and communicating to persons of different cultures and backgrounds
  • Experienced with CRM systems
  • Good financial and budgeting skills
  • Maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues from other departments.
  • Strong verbal and written skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in other languages is plus
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
