1. Responsibilities: 

  • Lead Guideline deployment for BOM creation 

  • Supporting taks for Assy part number creation 

  • BOM accuracy validation and cascading it down on a weekly/monthly basis  

  • Part numbering assigment and rule revise  

  • Current PLM system analysis and troubleshooting  

  • Research for CAD data management 

  • BOM, PDM, PLM system efficiency enhancement 

  • Considering compatibility of BOM/PDM system under same platform 

  • Lead and support the Integration between CAD/PLM/ERP System  

 

2. Experience and skills:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience 

  • Considerable industry experience in an automotive or related CAD-PLM  field 

  • Previous experiences Working with cross functional departments as Manufacturing, planning & logistic and Purchasing  

  • Technical background in mechanical testing, electronics, and verifying safety & compliance 

  • Confident and highly motivated 

  • Excellent written & oral communication skills 

  • Very good Knowledge about PLM and CAD System (3DX and ENOVIA would be considered as preferable )  

  • Experience working with technical standards 

  • Good Skills in MS Office (MS project especially) 

 

3. Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in automotive field or similar branch  

  • At least 3 - 5  years of professional experience in R&D CAD – PLM team  

  • Methodical working skills with knowledge of system engineering tools 

  • Fluent English in spoken and written form 

  • Highly Skilled in organization, supplier management, and project/resource planning 

  • Multi-faceted skillset and the ability to multi-task effectively on different systems/components and assignments 

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and goals with clear communication skills individually or in a team 

  • Very good knowledge of MS Pack (Word, PPT,  

 

4. Considered as a Plus: 

  • Understanding of powertrain standards for automotive applications, including Homologation requirements, ISO 26262, Autosar, ASPICE, Communication protocols, etc. 

  • Experience with handling different suppliers for core EV systems/components 

  • Knowledge of NVH attributes and MBD simulation tools from a system perspective 

  • A third language spoken
