Supports Launch Manager in meetings
Minutes meetings, distributes and follows up on actions with owners
Will be assigned individual projects with increasing scale of complexity as part of development programme
Issues and tracks Milestone events
Data organization to provide structured system for ease of record, access

SPECIFIC INFORMATION FOR ROLE
A key role for leaning how the launch, programme and production works.
A dynamic role with first hand insight into issues and impacts form development phase.
Will have periods of time of data input / interrogation.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Able to prepare presentations, minutes etc.
Computer literate, good at data analysis and attention to details
Motivated individual, keen to learn and develop.
Willingness to question and raise concerns.
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills
PRACTICAL & TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
Technical knowledge in Automotive industry preferred but not essential.
IT skills including Microsoft Office and custom applications.
English language skills.
University student, studying and engineering degree.
