1. Main responsibilities: 

 

IT Governance (ca. 30% of time): 

  • Responsible for IT strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals by prioritizing IT initiatives and coordinating the evaluation, deployment and management of current and future IT solutions across the organization 

  • Responsible for the annual IT Budget planning and the alignment with all stakeholders (IT service providers, finance, business departments) 

  • Responsible to oversee the IT contract and license management 

  • Develop, prioritize, approve and control the project portfolio in alignment with the CFO 

 

IT Multi-Project/Program management (ca. 70% of time): 

  • Lead the portfolio planning process in cooperation with the business departments focusing on engineering  

  • Consult key users on improvements of the Bugatti Rimac system landscape 

  • Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending and business initiatives  

  • Control IT projects, including reporting and escalation management 

  • Lead projects in the phases of pre-clarification and order clarification. This includes alignment and ordering of the components, tracking the requirements definition 

  • Monitor project implementations based on requirements, time and budget tracking by overseeing the service providers 

  • Coordinate tests and go-live with the business departments 

 

2. Qualifications: 

  • Master’s degree in economics or computer science 

  • 5 + years of professional experience as an IT professional with experience in IT Governance and multi-project management 

  • Professional experience in automotive industry’s IT is an advantage 

  • Detailed knowledge of engineering IT landscapes (e.g. PLM) 

  • Demonstrated effectiveness in presentations to senior management 

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-changing environment and execute with urgency 

  • Excellent judgement, logical-analytical skills and strong attention to detail 

  • Communicative and self-driven person  

  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
