To be an expert in human-machine interfaces (HMI) and to ensure Bugatti-Rimac stays at the forefront of the best driver interactions in their vehicles
Leading the HMI team to deliver class leading customer interactions
Delivering HMI specifications for vehicle and software
Working with and challenging Design and Engineering teams to deliver the required interfaces
Testing customer facing systems to ensure adherence to targets
Support with the definition of long term strategies for human-machine interfaces
Support of assessment events with senior management
Responsible for delivering state of the art HMI to our future vehicles
Developing the HMI team to improve the competency and efficiency of the team
Competitor benchmarking to understand state of the art
Understanding and researching new technologies for HMI systems
Strategic thinking on how to develop future HMI systems
Delivery of specification documents
Organisation and execution of HMI testing
Tracking and Reporting
3. Required skills and competencies:
10+ years of experience in specifying and developing human-machine interfaces for vehicles (including infotainment and other interfaces)
Strategic thinking and excellent creative skills
Good understanding of legal requirements and technologies for HMI systems
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Supervisory and leadership skills
