1. Responsibilities

  • Represent the EE department in the context of a specific project.
  • Plan the EE activities for the project according to the project macro plan.
  • Review and re-align the department plan for the project with the project macro-plan.
  • Interface the team leads in the EE department to guarantee the resource availability and dedication.
  • Identify synergies among projects in the context of EE.
  • Guarantee the delivery of the work packages needed for the project in time.

 

2. Requirements

  • Background as technical project manager.
  • Good understanding of automotive technologies.
  • Familiarity with the different activities performed in the EE context (FuSa, Cybersecurity, Wiring schematics, System Engineering, Software Management…).
  • Good planning and tracking abilities.
  • Bachelor or higher Degree (EE, Mechatronics or equivalent education)
  • Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • Creative problem solver.
  • Highly analytical approach to work.

 

3. Ideal candidate

  • Passionate about technological trends.
  • Experience in automotive or electric vehicles development
  • Experience in communication network development
  • Experience with Vector tools, Matlab/Simulink, Python, Jama or similar requirements tracking tools
  • Understanding of diagnostic protocols like UDS and OBD
  • Previous hands-on experience with Embedded HW or SW development
  • Familiarity with ISO26262
