About your new role:  

We are searching for an enthusiastic, experienced Data Scientist/Architect to join us in our office in Zagreb or Berlin. Our mission is to become one of the leading hypercar manufacturers and you as Data Scientist/Architect will help us to achieve this by providing meaningful and well-structured business data to make the best decisions possible. You will work closely together with all business departments (e.g., Engineering, Sales, After Sales, Finance and Production) to help set up reporting and analytical tool sets. You will be a highly valued member of the IT team which is part of our CFO unit. 

 

1. In your new role you will: 

  • Collaborate with company management and IT teams to develop a data strategy that meets corporate needs 

  • Identifying relevant data sources for business needs 

  • Evaluate current data management technologies and tools that are required  

  • Envision data pipelines and how data will flow through the enterprise 

  • Collecting structured and unstructured data and transforming them into well-structured data pools 

  • Building predictive models 

  • Building machine learning algorithms 

  • Analysing data for trends and patterns and to find answers to specific questions 

  • Creating reports for executive and project teams 

 

2. What do you need to be successful? 

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in economics or computer science or similar technical degrees 

  • Detailed knowledge of Data analytics, Data science and Data tools like: 

  • Understanding of ETL framework and ETL tools 

  • Understanding of reporting & data visualisation tools 

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an automotive OEM is an advantage 

  • Strong mathematical & numeracy skills and attention to detail 

  • Excellent analytical skills - the ability to identify trends, patterns and insights from data 

  • Communicative and self-driven person  

  • Fluent in English
